The Consulate General of Italy in Vlore, Albania, on the occasion of the 7th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, on the theme "Conviviality, Sustainability and Innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for the health of people and the protection of the planet," presents a rich program of events that are being held since yesterday at the Nimfa Hotel in Vlore, with the presentation of the excellence of the Italian territories involved and tasting of typical preparations of the territories themselves, by specialized chefs.
• Show cooking and tastings by chef Enzo Barbieri, in collaboration with the Province of Cosenza and the involvement of several municipalities in the province.
• Presentation of excellence and typical products of upper Calabria.
• Show cooking and tastings by chef Anton Pastore, in collaboration with the Municipality of Aliano (MT) and with the participation of the Municipalities of Matera and Viggiano and the Province of Matera.
• Presentation of excellences and typical products of the territory of inner Lucania.
