10th Edition pea and fava bean Festival in Montegiordano (CS)

The 10th edition of the Peas and Broad Beans Festival in #Montegiordano was really beautiful and full of content and delicacies. The weather also played in favor, giving participants the taste of early spring days.

At the well-attended event opening conference, at our #Tenuta del Castello, we talked about slow food, sustainability and the Mediterranean diet, without neglecting the issues of territorial development, with the aim of getting young people to invest in themselves again, reevaluating ancient professional skills reinterpreted in a modern key.

Our wines, along with the tasty dishes, made with broad beans and peas as protagonists, music and sunshine, brought joy to all participants.

We thank the representatives of the institutions, for their participation: the President of the Province of Cosenza Rosaria Succurro, the Regional Councillor for Agricultural Policies Gianluca Gallo and the mayor of Montegiordano, Rocco Introcaso.
